Sarah Heath, PhD

Pronouns: she/her/hers

I am a Nationally Certified School Psychologist and Postdoctoral Fellow providing therapy and individualized support to children and families in the Tampa Bay area. I earned my bachelor’s degree from Hope College and my doctorate in school psychology from the University of South Florida.

My work focuses on helping children navigate challenges related to anxiety, depression, attention and executive functioning, autism spectrum disorders, and behavioral concerns. I provide thoughtful, evidence-based treatment tailored to each child’s needs, integrating approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy, social skills training, and mindfulness.

I take a collaborative and strengths-based approach, working closely with families to better understand each child’s experience and to build practical strategies that support progress at home, in school, and in daily life. My goal is to help individuals feel more confident, regulated, and capable, while also giving parents clear tools and guidance.

I bring experience across both private practice and public school settings, allowing me to support families with a well-rounded understanding of the systems impacting their child. I am a member of the National Association of School Psychologists, the Florida Association of School Psychologists, and the American Psychological Association.

Outside of my work, I enjoy reading, walking, cooking, and spending time in nature with my husband.
