Pronouns: he/him/his

I am a doctoral student in clinical psychology completing my advanced practicum training at the Florida School of Professional Psychology. I provide therapy to individuals throughout the Tampa Bay area.

I work with clients navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and autism spectrum disorder. My approach is evidence-based, integrative, and tailored to each individual's needs. Drawing from cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based approaches, acceptance and commitment therapy, person-centered therapy, and interpersonal process therapy, I strive to help clients develop practical skills, deepen self-understanding, and create meaningful change.

I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. By building a strong therapeutic relationship, we can work together to identify goals that align with your values and experiences while creating a space where you feel understood, supported, and empowered. Through this collaborative process, we can explore challenges from new perspectives and work toward healing, growth, and lasting well-being.

Outside of clinical work, I enjoy fitness, fishing, meditation, martial arts, music, and writing. I value creativity and the opportunities it provides to stay present, cultivate curiosity, and deepen my understanding of myself and the world around me.
