What You’ll Do

✔ Welcome clients with warmth & professionalism
✔ Match clients with the right clinician for their needs
✔ Support clinicians with scheduling, communication, and programs
✔ Help with office organization, billing support, and team recruitment
✔ Contribute to outreach and social media initiatives
✔ Take on special projects as the practice grows

What We’re Looking For

✨ Strong people skills — comfortable talking about lives, needs, and treatment options
✨ Organized, adaptable, and able to juggle multiple priorities
✨ Great communicator — thrives in both fast & slow pace
✨ Team player who can also take initiative independently
✨ Willing to learn on the job and grow with the role
✨ Bonus: background in mental health/education or social media interest
