Ali Lacroix

Pronouns: she/her/hers

I am a Behavior and Wellness Specialist, Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA, LBA-CT).

I support women navigating burnout, emotional overwhelm, and the mental load that often comes with demanding roles and life transitions, including infertility. Many of the women I work with feel stuck in cycles of overthinking, comparison, and pressure to “figure everything out.” I help them develop practical, sustainable ways to relate differently to their thoughts and emotions so they can feel more grounded, present, and connected to what matters most, even in the midst of uncertainty.

My work is designed to complement therapy by helping bridge the gap between insight and everyday implementation. I take a compassionate, down-to-earth approach, focusing on helping women respond more effectively to real-life challenges rather than trying to eliminate them altogether.

In addition to my work in women’s wellness, I bring almost a decade of experience as a BCBA providing school-based consultation across public and outplacement settings. I have extensive experience developing individualized programming for students from Pre-K through transition age, with a focus on skill acquisition and behavior change. My work includes conducting functional behavior assessments, ecological assessments, AFLS, and VB-MAPP, as well as collaborating closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Connecticut, my Master’s degree in Elementary Education from the University of Bridgeport, and a Post-Master’s Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis from Saint Joseph’s University. I also completed my Health and Wellness Coaching certification through Mind Body Behavior.

I value collaboration and enjoy working alongside other providers to create cohesive, supportive systems for both clients and professionals.

Outside of my work, I enjoy spending time with my family and my dog, Ranger. Cooking, movement, and time outdoors are some of the ways I stay grounded and recharged.
